Basic HACCP

Advanced HACCP
Like our basic HACCP program, this course is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance and is available for virtual or in-person learning. Designed to help employees of USDA establishments and GFSI-certified companies deepen their knowledge of HACCP verification and validation, this 2-day course helps companies meet the USDA requirement that employees developing HACCP plans and reassessing a HACCP System be trained in Advanced HACCP.
